Guy contested five rounds of the WRC in a Mobil 1-backed Focus RS WRC04 run by Ramsport. He switched to a Subaru Impreza WRC05, prepared by Derek McGarrity's DMG team, for Ireland's WRC debut and scored his first WRC drivers' points on the toughest tarmac rally of the year. He also finished top privateer.

Guy contested Wales Rally GB as part of his British Rally Championship campaign. He was also registered to score points in the PWRC category and took top honours on his PWRC debut.
