PEUGEOT UK - KRONOS RACING
For the third year running, Peugeot UK are working with Kronos Racing to prepare and support a Peugeot 207 S2000 in the Intercontinental Rally Challenge (IRC).
The Peugeot 207 S2000 Evolution is the latest offering from the most successful manufacturer in the IRC, with, to date, 20 rally wins to its credit.
The 207 Evolution model benefits from a number of performance enhancements including a new 300bhp engine, new front suspension, optimised gearbox and transmission, upgraded brakes and suspension dampers. These modifications will ensure the Peugeot 207 S2000 remains the reference vehicle for the category.
Kronos Racing, founded by Marc Van Dalen and Jean-Pierre Mondron in 1994, is the most successful private team in the sport.
It won the World Rally Championship with Sebastien Loeb in 2006 - scoring eight wins and four second places in 12 rallies.
Belgium-based Kronos also guided Nicolas Vouilloz to the 2008 IRC title and Kris Meeke (Peugeot UK) to the 2009 IRC crown.
